P2H Computing Cluster GmbH ("P2H", "we", "us") takes the protection of your personal data seriously. In this privacy policy we inform you, in accordance with Art. 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Art. 19 of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG), which personal data we process in connection with our website, for what purpose, and what rights you have.

2. Visit to our website (server logs)

When you access our website, technical data is automatically transmitted and stored in log files:

  • IP address (anonymised where compatible with the purpose)
  • Date and time of access
  • URL called and HTTP status code
  • Referrer URL
  • Browser type/version, operating system, language setting

Purpose: provision and stability of the website, error and attack analysis.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) and Art. 31(1) nDSG.
Retention period: max. 14 days.

3. Cookies and consent management

We use only technically necessary cookies. Specifically we use a cookie called cookie_consent to store your cookie preferences for 365 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR together with § 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG (technically required).

4. Contact by email

When you contact us by email we process the data you transmit to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Retention:until final processing, at most within statutory retention periods (e.g. Art. 957 OR, §§ 257 HGB, 147 AO).

5. Contact forms

5.1 General contact form

Data collected: name, email, subject, message. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

5.2 Investor enquiry

Data collected: name, company, role, email, phone, investment focus, message. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual).

5.3 Energy-partner enquiry

Data collected: name, company, role, email, phone, site, heat demand, current heat source, message. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Common information

Retention: until final processing; where contract is initiated within statutory retention periods. Recipients: the processors named in section 8.

6. Investor portal and NDA

Registered users can sign a digital non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Data collected: user ID, email, timestamp, IP address, user agent, NDA version. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Retention:duration of the business relationship plus limitation periods.

7. Hosting

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

8. Processors

  • Supabase (database/auth): Supabase Inc., Singapore. Processing in the EU (Ireland).
  • Vercel (hosting): see section 7.
  • Resend (transactional email): Resend Inc., San Francisco, USA. Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. International transfers

Transfers to third countries only take place subject to appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR (EU-US DPF, Standard Contractual Clauses).
