P2H Computing ClusterDeveloper · Operator · Asset Manager

Developed. Operated. Structured.

P2H is developer, operator and asset manager of decentralised compute infrastructure. We connect digitalisation and energy supply — in one scalable platform.

One platform — three roles.

Developer

We identify sites, create feasibility studies, develop heat concepts and guide permitting processes.

Operator

We operate installations remotely and on-site. Real-time monitoring, preventive maintenance, heat billing, technical reporting — fully managed by P2H.

Asset Manager

We structure infrastructure investments, support due diligence and manage ongoing operations in the interest of capital providers.

The technology behind it

Our DCC systems combine water-cooled compute modules with integrated heat exchangers. Waste heat is fed into heat networks at 60–75 °C.

  • Water cooling — high thermal efficiency
  • 60–75 °C flow temperature — compatible with existing networks
  • Modular — scalable from 5 kW to multi-MW
  • Remote monitoring — 30+ sensors, real-time
  • Rapid deployment — 4–8 weeks
  • ERF > 10% — exceeds EnEfG requirements

Regulation as tailwind

The Energy Efficiency Act (EnEfG) requires data centre operators to demonstrate an Energy Reuse Factor (ERF) of at least 10% from July 2026. P2H installations typically achieve an ERF of 10–20%.

2023

EnEfG passed — basis for ERF obligation

2025

Municipal heat planning mandatory (>100,000 pop.)

2026

ERF obligation for data centres (10%)

2028

Extended reporting requirements for all utilities

2045

Climate-neutral heat supply — Federal government target
